A Future 50 apparel client was undertaking a radical redesign of its in-store shopping experience. Their goal was to launch an innovative experiential shopping journey to deepen relationships with existing customers and attract new ones. They were integrating retail space with fitness, food, meditation, and community events all under the same roof.
