We put Behavioral Economics to work

Combining psychology, economics, and neuroscience research, Behavioral Economics is a Nobel prize-winning field that more accurately explains and predicts behavior. It helps us decode human hardwiring, decision-making, and action-taking, and it produces a toolkit of rich insights and practical tactics.

As experts in applied Behavioral Economics, we put those cutting-edge insights and tactics to work. We assess your organization’s problems through a behavioral lens and identify unique solutions that are both research-backed and practical, academic and tactical— taking your initiative’s success from a possibility to a reality.

We’re raising the bar on Behavioral Intelligence

We’re inspired and humbled by the insights that the field of Behavioral Economics continues to provide— insights into our shared, human patterns of thinking and acting. We accept that we, humans, are not perfectly rational by nature. That our brains are fantastic and flawed, and that our daily decisions are influenced by our emotions, our social norms, our built-in cognitive biases, and our immediate environments. In fact, this knowledge empowers us.

We’re motivated to work with the fact that our brains have limited capacity and attention, and that they often make decisions on autopilot— instead of fighting against it. We’re motivated to sharpen our own abilities by identifying the decision and behavior traps that undermine our own goals and working to avoid them. But mostly, we’re motivated to champion a shared understanding, language, and skill-set within our partners’ organizations. Our mission is to help raise the bar of our collective Behavioral Intelligence (BQ).
